摘　　要：目的描述儿科病房住院患儿家长对于以患者及家庭为中心护理重要性的认知,识别影响因素。方法选取379例患儿家长,采用问卷调查患儿家长对于以患者和家庭为中心护理的重要性认知进行调查。结果总体得分为3.40分,常规信息支持维度得分最高,影响因素包括患儿年龄、家长学历、患儿兄弟姐妹人数以及过去住院次数。结论护理人员应该提供家长需要的信息、让家长成为医疗团队的一员、鼓励家长们的互助、帮助家长和患儿一起应对住院。Objective To describe the pediatric ward for parents of hospitalized children with patients and the importance of family-centered care awareness, identifying factors.Methods379 cases of parents of children, the use of a questionnaire survey of parents of children with awareness of the importance of patient and family-centered care to investigate.ResultsOverall score of 3.40 points, the highest scores for general information support, factors including the age of the children, parents and education, number of siblings, and children in the past number of hospitalizations.Conclusion Caregivers should provide information parents need to let parents become a member of the medical team, to encourage parents＇ mutual aid, to help parents and children cope with hospital together.
