临床路径在老年白内障护理中的研究

摘　　要：目的：对临床路径在老年白内障护理中的应用以及应用效果进行研究。方法选取于2013年12月～2014年9月期间在我院接受治疗的46例老年白内障患者并随机分两组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予临床护理路径。结果对照组患者的健康知识优良率为73.9%，总满意度为82.6%；观察组的健康知识优良率为91.3%，总满意度为95.7%，两组数据比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年白内障患者应用临床路径护理具有显著的临床效果，对提高治疗效果具有十分重要的作用和意义。Objective To study the clinical pathway cataract in elderly care application and application results.Methods 46 cases of senile cataract patients were chosen in December 2013 ～ September 2014 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups, observation group were given clinical care path. Results Health knowledge in the control group of patients was 73.9% excellent, 82.6% of the total satisfaction, good health knowledge observation group was 91.3%, 95.7% overall satisfaction, signiifcant difference between the two data sets, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionSenile cataract patients in clinical nursing path has signiifcant clinical effect, to improve the treatment has a very important role and signiifcance.
