手术室护理安全隐患防范措施的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理中的安全隐患,并对其预防措施进行探讨,以提高手术室护理的安全性。方法将我院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的300例行手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据时间顺序将引进护理安全隐患防范措施后的150例患者作为观察组;引进安全防范措施前的150例患者作为对照组,对两组患者护理安全不良事件的发生率进行比较和分析。结果给予手术室护理安全隐患防范措施后,观察组出现0例护理安全不良事件,占0.00%;对照组出现6例护理安全不良事件,占4.00%;两组患者护理安全不良事件发生率的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手术室护理中引进安全隐患防范措施可有效提高手术室护理质量,在极大程度上保证了手术室护理的安全性,降低了护理安全不良事件的发生率,有利于医患、护患关系的和谐化发展。Objective To investigate the operating room nursing safety hazards,and to explore its preventive measures to improve the safety of operating room nursing. Methods The patients in our hospital 2014.1- 2015.1 were treated 300 underwent surgical treatment for the study,150 patients in chronological order according to the introduction care safety hazard precautions after the observation group, introduction of safety precautions 150 patients in the control group as before,on the incidence of adverse events in both groups of patients care and safety were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment room nursing safety hazard precautions to observe care and safety group had 0 cases of adverse events, accounting for 0.00%,control group had six eases of accidents, accounting for 4.00%, difference in the incidence of accidents in two groups of patients was significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The introduction of a safety hazard in the operating room nursing precautions can effectively improve the quality of care the operating room, in a great extent, to ensure the safety of operating room nursing,care and safety to reduce the incidence of adverse events,help doctors and patients, nurses and patients the harmonious development of relations,is worthy of widespread use.
