摘　　要：目的：探讨剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的护理方法及临床效果。方法回顾分析2010年4月～2015年3月期间的56例产妇的临床资料，均发生了切口不良，对其采取全面的、有效的综合护理措施。结果56例产妇经过精心的治疗及全面的护理，均痊愈出院，住院时间9～18天，平均（13.2±2.6）天。结论对剖宫产术后切口愈合不良采取全面的、有效的护理措施可以促进切口的恢复和愈合，减少产妇的痛苦，促进产科护理质量的提升。Objective To investigate the nursing methods and clinical effects of poor healing after cesarean incision.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the 56 cases of maternity patients treated between April 2010 to March 2015. Poor incision healing occurred to all, and all-round, effective and comprehensive nursing measures were taken.Results After being carefully treated and comprehensively cared, 56 cases of maternity patients were all cured and discharged from hospital, with hospital stay length being between 9 and 18 days, （13.2±2.6） days on average.Conclusion Comprehensive and effective nursing measures for poor healing after caesarean incision can accelerate the recovery and healing of the incision, reduce pain, and promote obstetric care quality.
