摘 要:目的:评价3种氟化物涂膜材料氟化乳牙釉质的效果。方法:将117个符合纳入标准的乳切牙唇面分为两个区域,一个区域涂布氟化物涂膜材料(试验1号、试验2号或多乐氟),另一个区域作为空白对照。分别于涂布氟化物涂膜后12、24、48 h各时间点采用釉质微量取样法(n=90)和能谱分析法(n=27)测定各样本釉质的氟含量。结果:两种方法测结果均显示,釉质表面涂敷3种氟涂膜后12、24、48 h的釉质氟含量均较其空白对照显著增加(P<0.05)。涂氟24、48 h时,试验1号和2号涂膜氟化釉质的效果均显著大于多乐氟(P<0.05)。在试验1号和2号材料中,涂敷24 h组和48 h组的釉质氟含量均显著大于涂敷12 h组(P<0.05);而多乐氟材料在涂氟后不同时间点的釉质氟含量两两相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:3种氟涂膜材料均能显著提高釉质中的氟含量;3种材料在短时间内(12 h)氟化釉质的效果无显著差异,但长时间(24、48 h)应用时,试验1号和试验2号材料氟化釉质效果显著优于多乐氟。AIM: To evaluate the fluoridation of deciduous enamel by three fluoride varnishes in vitro.METHODS: 117 deciduous incisors were used and the labial enamel surface of each incisor was divided into two areas. 2 experimental fluoride varnishes( No. 1 and No. 2) and a commercial one( Duraphat) were respectively applied on one area and the other area had no treatment( control). After 12,24,and 48 h respectively,fluoride varnish coating was removed and the fluoride content of the enamel surfaces of all sampes was tested with the method of acid etched micro-sampling( n = 90) and energy-dispersive spectrometry( n = 27). Data were statistically analysed. RESULTS: The data of both methods showed that the fluoride content of all enamel were increased after applying fluoride varnish( P〈0. 05). After fluoride varnish application for 24 and 48 h,the fluoridation efficacy of No. 1 and No. 2 was superior to that of Duraphat( P〈0. 05). For No. 1 and No. 2,the fluoridation of 24 h and 48 h group was greater than that of 12 h group( P〈0. 05). Druaphat group showed no significant difference among different time points( P〉0. 05). CONCLUSION: The three fluoride varnishes can increase the fluoride content of deciduous enamel after application for 12 h. No. 1 and No. 2 varnishes can further increase the fluoride contents after 24 h and 48 h of appliction.
