摘 要:5A06铝合金锻件在加工过程中发现线状缺陷,对此锻件进行缺陷形貌观察以及金相、断口、硬度和成分分析,结合其制造工艺,分析认为:铝锻件端面的线状缺陷为锻造折叠缺陷;此缺陷破坏了铝锻件的金属连续性,降低了铝锻件的承载能力;缺陷应由锻造工艺控制不当所致,形成于冲孔、环锻工序;在铝锻件的出厂检验及到货验收环节,增加超声波检测及上下端面的荧光检查,可以有效地剔除存在此类缺陷的锻件产品。5A06 aluminum alloy forging was found to have linear defect in the machining process. In order to find out the failure cause, morphological observation, metallographic structure examination, fracture surface analysis, hardness analysis and chemical composition analysis were carried out. The result shows that the linear defect is folding defect. It destroyed the continuity of metal and reduced the load capacity of the aluminum alloy forging. The defect may be caused by the inappropriate control in the forging process. It formed during the process of punching and ring forging. In the process of delivery inspection and acceptance test, the forging with the linear defect can be eliminated effectively by adding the ultrasonic inspection and fluoroscope.
