摘 要:目的运用二维斑点追踪显像技术定量分析我国成年人左室分层应变的正常值范围,各层各节段间的差异以及与性别和年龄的关系。方法应用GEVividE9超声仪及EchoPAC BTl2工作站对119例正常成年人左室分层应变进行定量分析。结果左室整体纵向应变自心内膜至心外膜逐层递减,左室整体周向应变自心内膜至心外膜逐层递减。左心室心内膜、中层心肌、心外膜纵向应变基底段、中间段、心尖段依次递增,左心室心内膜、中层心肌、心外膜周向应变基底段、中间段、心尖段依次递增。年龄和性别对左室分层应变的影响不大。结论二维斑点追踪显像可以定量分析正常成年人的左室各层应变,为临床评价心脏功能提供了又一有效方法。Objective To quantitatively evaluate left ventricular layer-specific strain using speckle tracking imaging,and their relationship with age and gender in nornal subjects. Methods GE Vivid E9 equipment with EchoPAC BT12 workstation were used. One hundred and nineteen healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Results Left ventricular global longitudinal and circumferential strain was highest in the endocardium and lowest in the epicardium. Longitudinal and circumferential 3-layer strain was highest in the apex and lowest in the base. Age and gender had little influence on the left ventricular layer-specific strain. Conclusions Speckle tracking imaging can quantitatively assess left ventricular layer-specific strain, providing another useful modality for evaluating cardiac function.
