摘　　要：鉴于全国各地袭警事件屡屡发生,如何切实保护依法执行职务的警察的人身安全,以有效地维护社会治安,引起了社会的广泛关注,同时也将理论界和实务界关于是否单独设立袭警罪的争论推向了高潮。本文意在介绍域外有关袭警的立法规范,以为我国袭警立法之争提供参考。It is that the phenomenon of assaulting police took place in high frequency make the whole society pay close attention to the problem of how to protect police officers from unlawful assaulting. Meanwhile, the argument about setting assaulting police Crime is still up on the air. Learned from experience of aboard, this article attends to bookmark the material for future reference.
