摘　　要：为提高旅居车道路通行安全与效率,论文分析了旅居车在我国道路交通管理中注册登记、驾驶资格和道路通行等方面的规定及存在问题,总结了发达国家对旅居车道路交通管理经验,对我国旅居车交通管理提出了规范注册登记、强化驾驶人管理、提升旅居车安全性能、严格旅居车通行执法、细化城区道路通行管理和加强旅居车停放管理等六个方面的建议措施,能够为旅居车道路交通管理提供参考。The provisions and problems of recreational vehicles （RV） in its registration, driving qualification and traffic management are analyzed in this paper to improve its safety and efficiency. The traffic management related experience on RV in developed countries is reviewed and summarized. Six suggestions are proposed to provide a reference for the traffic management of RV. These six suggestions includes： （1） standardizing the registration, （2） strengthening the driver management, （3） improving the safety performance of RV, （4） more strict law enforcement on the RV traffic, （5） refining the traffic management in urban area, and （6）strengthening the RV parking management.
