摘  要:根据液态模锻成形工艺原理,设计铝合金连杆的液态模锻成形模具结构,并进行液态模锻成形工艺试验。对工艺试验中获得的连杆制件进行T6热处理,经宏观缺陷检查及金相观察发现,制件无缩孔缩松、无冷隔、浇不足、热处理鼓泡等铸造缺陷,组织致密并具有塑性变形特征。借助液态模锻成形工艺具备液态压力充型、压力下结晶凝固、压力补缩和固态塑性变形的特点,获得连杆制件的力学性能,平均达到σb=358 MPa、δ=5.1%,较压铸连杆分别提高47.3%和64.5%。A mould used for Al alloy connecting rod forming was designed according to the principle of liquid forging,and process test was carried out. The Al alloy connecting rods made by liquid forging process and heat treated by T6 mode do not show any casting defects such as shrinkage cavity,porosity,cold shut,misrun,bubbling by visual inspection and metallographic observation,and exhibits features of compact structure and plastic deformation. Due to the advantages of filling,crystallizing,solidifying,feeding under pressure and plastic deforming during whole liquid forging process,the average tensile strength and average elongation of Al alloy connecting rods made by the process reach 358 MPa and 5.1%,increasing by 47.3% and 64.5%compared to those of die-casting ones,respectively.
