摘 要:在TiO2纳米晶薄膜与透明导电玻璃之间介入缓冲层,探究缓冲层对染料敏化太阳电池(Dye-sensitized Solar Cell,DSC)性能的影响,测试比较DSC的短路电流Isc和开路电压Voc。结果表明:缓冲层的设计增加表面粗糙度,提高染料分子负载率,增强对入射光的吸收和利用;具有缓冲层的DSC表现出较高的Isc和Voc,且随缓冲层厚度的增加,Isc有所提高;而当厚度过大时,有一部分入射光被反射,Isc呈下降趋势,Voc无明显变化。The buffer layer was introduced between the TiO2 nanocrystalline film and the transparent conductive glass,the influence of the buffer layer on the performance of dye-sensitized solar cell(DSC)was studied. The short-circuit current(Isc)and the open circuit voltage(Voc)were tested. The results show that the surface roughness is increased by designing buffer layer,resulting in increasing the load rate of the dye molecules and enhancing the absorption and utilization of incident light. DSC with buffer layer shows larger Iscand Voc. Iscis going to enhance with increasing the thickness of the buffer layer. When the thickness of buffer layer is too large,a part of the incident light will be reflected,resulting in decreasing Isc,Vochas little change.
