摘　　要：胰源性左侧门脉高压为胰腺病变造成脾静脉回流,从而受阻导致门静脉系统局部静脉压力升高的一类疾病,是上消化道出血的重要病因之一.针对原发胰腺疾病和左侧门脉高压进行处理是治愈本病的关键.Pancreatic sinistral portal hypertension is a localized kind of portal hypertension that usually occurs as a re- sult of the splenic vein obstruction caused by pancreatic disea- ses. Furthermore, it is also an important cause of upper gastro- intestinal hemorrhage. Management in clinical practice should be directed at the sinistral portal hypertension and primary pan- creatic diseases.
