摘 要:两相区变形温度对TC18钛合金组织转变规律产生重要的影响。利用热模拟实验机Gleeble3800研究了600~800℃变形的应力应变曲线特性,观察了变形后的组织及β区处理组织。结果表明:随着变形温度降低,应力应变曲线的峰值应力急剧增加,600℃变形的峰值应力达到700 MPa;随着变形温度降低,α相尺寸减小;在变形温度750℃并β区处理后,α相在β晶粒内依然存在,而变形温度800℃,α相基本完全融入β晶粒内。变形温度的降低,增加了α相的稳定性和数量,使α相在β区处理后可以保留下来。The two-phase region deformation temperature has an important influence on the changing law of microstructure of TC18 titanium alloy. The characteristics of stress strain curves at 600-800℃ were studied by using the thermal simulation testing machine Gleeble 3800. Microstructures after deformation and β zone processing were observed.The results show that with the deformation temperauture decreases, the peaks of the stress-strain curves increase sharply, and the peak reached 700 MPa at 600℃. The size of α phase reduces with the deformation emperauture decreases. After deformation temperature of 750℃ and β zone treatment, α phase still exists in β grains. When the deformation temperature of800℃, α phase meltes completely into the β grain. The decreasing of deformation temperature increases the stability and number of α phase, which make α phase be retained after the β zone treatment.
