摘 要:采用不同变形温度对铸铁进行了压缩试验,研究分析了变形温度对铸铁组织、石墨含量、石墨形状因子和石墨间距的影响。结果表明,随着变形温度的增加,铸铁的组织形貌发生明显的变化,石墨颗粒在低应变下由椭球形向较圆整的石墨演变,铸铁中石墨的含量逐渐减少,石墨的形状因子不断减小,而石墨间距不断增加。当变形温度为1000℃时,石墨含量降低4.91%,石墨的形状因子达到最小值1.27,而石墨间距达到最大值111.58μm。The casting iron with different deformation temperatures was compressed. The effects of deformation temperature on the microstructure, graphite content, graphite shape factor and graphite space were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the casting iron changes obviously with deformation temperatures increasing. The graphite particles change from ellipsoid to sphere. The graphite content in the casting iron and graphite shape factor decrease unceasingly, while graphite space increases. When the deformation temperature is 1000℃, the graphite content reduces 4.91%, while graphite shape factor is the minimum value of 1.27 and interval distance is the maximum value of 111.58 μm.
