摘 要:基于Abaqus/Explicit操作平台,建立了准159mm FQM机组连轧过程的有限元模型,研究了芯棒服役过程中的应力场。结果表明:孔型顶部和辊缝之间区域的金属受到的最大应力差发生于轧制阶段的芯棒径向方向,最大应力差达到了750 MPa。冷却过程中,随着应力的释放,这种径向应力差异逐渐减小,第3次空气冷却结束,最大径向应力差降为50 MPa。Based on Abaqus/Explicit operation platform, a finite element model of rolling process for 准159 mm FQM mill was established. The stress field during the service process of the mandrel was studied. The results show that the maximum stress difference between the top and the gap of the groove occurs in the radial direction of the mandrel during the rolling stage. The maximum stress difference reaches to 750 MPa. The stress difference in the radial direction decreases in the cooling process with the release of the stress. At the end of the third air cooling process, the maximum stress difference reduces to 50 MPa.
