摘 要:为了获得更好的铝合金筋板类锻件锻造成形工艺参数,采用正交试验和有限元模拟技术对锻造成形工艺参数进行了多目标优化。以铝合金筋板类锻件成形载荷和金属流动速度作为评价指标,分析成形速率、坯料温度、摩擦系数、飞边槽桥部宽度和高度对锻件质量的影响。并用极差分析法分别得到成形载荷和流动速度的最优工艺参数。最后利用多目标综合平衡法,获得成形载荷和金属流动速度的工艺参数组合,并对最优工艺参数进行了验证。In order to obtain better process parameters of aluminum alloy rib-web plate forgings forming process parameters,its multi-objective optimization was performed by using orthogonal experimental method and finite element simulation technique. Taking the forming load and metal flow velocity of aluminum alloy rib-web plate forgings as the evaluation index, the effects of forming rate, billet temperature, friction coefficient, the bridge width and height of the flash groove on forgings quality were researched. The optimal process parameters of the forming load and metal flow velocity were obtained respectively by using range analysis method. Finally, the process parameter combination of the forming load and metal flow velocity was obtained by using multi objective comprehensive balance method. And the optimized process parameters were verified.
