摘 要:根据角接接头焊接特性,分析其焊缝不对称的特性,在双椭球热源基础上改进其热源模型。以Q235为母材,根据试验与反演算法得出改进双椭球热源参数并对其热源模型进行仿真验证,获得了焊缝成形过程与温度场分布规律及对咬边的影响;得出热源中心处纵横能量分布,证明了上下焊缝不对称的原则。该方法为合理选择焊接工艺参数和保证焊接质量提供依据参考。仿真结果表明,改进的热源模型正确。According to the corner joint welding characteristics, the weld asymmetrical feature was analyzed and a new heat source model was established. It is concluded that it is the parameters of double ellipsoid heat and validating their model simulation with combining test results with the inversion algorithm as a base material in Q235. The weld process and distribution of temperature field and the impact on the biting edge were obtained. It is proved that seam is the principle of asymmetry of up and down for distribution of the vertical and horizontal of the heat center energy. The method is a reasonable choice of welding parameters and welding quality assurance providing the basis for the reference. The simulation results show that the improved heat source model is correct.
