摘  要:在气压加压条件下对钛合金蜂窝壁板进行了真空钎焊试验,测定了焊后蜂窝壁板的外形尺寸与焊合率。在试验结果的基础上,建立了蜂窝壁板真空钎焊气压加压过程的有限元分析模型,对该过程中蜂窝壁板变形与接触压强进行了数值模拟。计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,表明该数值模拟方法可用于模拟蜂窝壁板真空钎焊气压加压过程,因而对后续优化试验参数有重要的指导意义。Under the gas pressure, the experimental of vacuum brazing of titanium alloy honeycomb plate was conducted. After welding, the size and shape of the honeycomb and the bonding rate of the honeycomb plate were determined. Based on the experiment, a finite element model about the process of the honeycomb plate under the gas pressure was established and the honeycomb deformation and the contact pressure were simulated. The calculation results agree well with the experiment data. It shows that the numerical simulation method can be used to simulate the process of honeycomb plate under gas pressure. It has important guiding significance for the optimization of experiment parameters.
