基于加权TOPSIS法的头孢替安药物利用评价

摘　　要：目的建立头孢替安药物利用评价标准,为临床合理使用提供参考依据。方法参考头孢替安药品说明书及相关文献制定头孢替安评价标准,收集我院2013年10月—2014年2月使用头孢替安的相关病例85份并采用加权TOPSIS法进行评价。结果 85份病例中相对接近程度为1.0的有10例（12%）,介于80%~90%之间有11例（占13%）,介于70%~80%之间和60%~70%之间均都为20例（24%）,小于60%有24例（28%）。结论采用加权TOPSIS法作为头孢替安药物利用评价方法是合理可行的,本院头孢替安的使用情况基本合理,但还存在适应证把握不准、主观经验性用药等问题。AIM To establish a drug using evaluation standard of cefotiam and provide an evidence for the reasonable use of cefotiam. METHODS Reasonable use evaluation system of cefotiam was established with reference to the drug instructions of cefotiam and the relevant literature, and weighted TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the relevant 85 cases of illness that using cefotiam during 2013 November to 2014 February in our hospital. RESULTS Among the 85 patients, there were 10 cases whose relative approach degree were equal to100.0%（account for 12%）, 11 cases whose relative approach degree were between 80% and 90%（account for13%）, 20 cases whose relative approach degree were between 70% and 80%（ account for 24%）, 20 cases whose relative approach degree were between 60% and 70%（ account for 24%）, and 24 cases whose relative approach degree were below 60%（ account for 28%）. CONCLUSION It is reasonable and feasible to adopt weighted TOPSIS as the drug using evaluation method of cefotiam. We have established a drug using evaluation standard of cefotiam, the usage of cefotiam is basically reasonable in our hospital, however, the existing problem is indications were not understood accurate and subjective empirical medication.
