青藏高原不同绵羊品种鲜精顶体完整率比较研究

摘　　要：本实验对青海现有的绵羊品种,藏羊、青海毛肉兼用细毛羊、陶塞特肉羊、小尾寒羊鲜精精子顶体完整率进行研究;结果表明:鲜精顶体完整率,藏羊90.26±0.99、细毛羊86.97±1.93、陶塞特肉羊94.17±1.30、小尾寒羊92.87±1.26,结果表明:鲜精精子顶体完整率各绵羊品种间无明显差异。The acrosome intact rate of fresh sperm of existing sheep varieties, Tibetan sheep, fine wool sheep, Tao Seth mutton sheep, small tail sheep is studied. The results showed that the aerosome intact rate of fresh sperm is90.26±0.99, 86.97±1.93, 94.17±1.30, 92.87±1.26 respectively for Tibetan sheep, free wool sheep, Tao Seth mutton sheep, small tail sheep. There is no significant difference in aerosome intact rate of fresh sperm among the sheep breeds.
