摘 要:目的:研究刹毒草合剂对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:BALB/C小鼠50只随机分为5组(n=10):空白组、模型组、刹毒草合剂低、中、高剂量组。除空白对照组外,其余各组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺40 mg/kg建立免疫抑制模型。空白组和模型组灌胃生理盐水,刹毒草合剂低、中、高剂量组每天分别用刹毒草合剂10、20、40ml/kg灌胃,连续给药15 d后,检测小鼠外周血白细胞数和白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量;检测小鼠脾脏指数、NK细胞活性。结果:与模型组比较,刹毒草合剂能显著增加外周血白细胞数和IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ含量、提高脾脏指数和NK细胞活性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:刹毒草合剂可明显增强环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。Objective: To investigate the effects of Shadu Cao Mixture(SDCM, traditional Chinese medicine) on immune functions of im- mtmosuppression mice. Methods: Fifty BALB/C mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, SDCM low-dose, mid- die-dose and high-dose group. Except the blank control group, other groups were intraperitoneal injected with cyclophosphamide (40 mg/kg) to establish mice model. The blank control group and model group received gavage administration with normal saline, while tile other groups received gavage administration with different doses of SDCM ( 10, 20, 40 ml/kg for 15 days) respectively. The number of leukocytes and serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2), tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) and interferon-y(IFN-y) in peripheral blood, spleen in- dex, and the function of NK cells were measured. Results: Compared with the model group , SDCM increased tile number of lenkocytes and serum concentrations of IL-2, TNF-a and IFN-T in peripheral blood and improved the spleen index and the function of NK cells significantly ( P 〈0.05-0.01).
