摘  要:目的优化血人参药材中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法对乙醇浓度、固液比、提取时间及提取次数进行单因素考察,再用正交试验进一步优化,以总黄酮纯度和提取率作为考察指标,筛选最佳提取工艺。结果血人参中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:用50%乙醇、固液比l∶30进行提取(1.5 h×2),血人参中总黄酮的平均提取率为7.42 mg·g-1。结论所选工艺稳定、可行,所得血人参中总黄酮的纯度和提取率均较高。OBJECTIVE To investigate the extraction technology for total flavonoids from Indigofera stachyoides. METHODS The ethanol aqueous concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and number of extraction were investigated respectively. And these were furtherly optimized by Orthogonal experimental test with purity and extraction rate of total flavonoids. RESULTS The optimum conditions for extraction process of the total flavonoids were: 50% of ethanol aqueous concentration,l∶30 of solid-liquid ratio,1. 5 h of extraction( extracted twice). The average extraction rate of total flavonoids from I. stachyoides was 7. 42 mg·g^-1under these conditions. CONCLUSION The extraction process for total flavonoids from I. stachyoides is stable and feasible. The purity and extractiom rate of total flavonoids from I. stachyoides were both higher than ever before.
