摘　　要：为适应一体化联合作战需求,本文阐述"一体化卫勤保障模式"中军队医院"一个基地,四个中心"的功能定位及其必要性,提出实现功能定位的对策,构建扁平化卫勤指挥体制,提升一元化卫生技术水平,锻造核心化服务保障能力,强化系统化服务保障职能,构筑集成化卫勤信息平台。To meet the requirements of integrated joint operations, the function orientation and necessity were discussed for the military hospitals as ＂a base, four centers＂, and countermeasures were put forward to realize function orientation ： flatting command system of medical support, centralizing technical ability, enhancing the level of health technology, improving the core capability of service support, strengthening the functions of system service, and building up the integrated platform of medical information.
