研究型医院转化医学建设的认识与思考

摘　　要：转化医学和研究型医院建设,是当前医学研究和医院建设与管理的新理念,新模式。转化医学以其"从基础到临床,从创新到实践,从研究到应用"的优势作用,切合研究型医院建设从理念到实践,从局部到整体,从要素到体系的全维需求。在研究型医院建设中以转化医学研究为导向,通过规模化,规范化,平台化,标准化管理,提升研究型医院的竞争优势,不断创造新的增长点。Translational medicine and research - oriented hospital are new mode of medicine research and hospital administration. The advantage of translational medicine is ＂from basic to clinical to practice, from research to application＂, which meets the demands of research - oriented hospital＇s full - dimensional development idea, as ＂from concept to practice, from the local to the whole, from elements to system＂. The development of research - oriented hospital must be oriented by the translational medicine, large -scaled construction, standardized administration, thus to enhance the competitive advantage and promote the development of the hospital constantly.
