摘　　要：医疗技术临床应用管理是保障医疗安全、规范医疗行为的一种行政管理手段。欧美等国以医疗技术评估作为主要手段,我国自20世纪90年代起初步建立医疗技术准人制度。本文通过对国内外医疗技术临床应用管理经验进行总结,为促进我国医疗技术的健康发展、推进医疗技术临床应用的有效管理提供参考依据。Medical technology clinical application management is a kind of administrative means to ensure medical safety and standard medical behavior. In Europe and in the United States, health technology assessment is a primary means. In China, The medical technology admittance system has been initially established since the 1990＇s. In this paper the domestic and international medical technology management experience were summarized, and reference was provided for promoting the healthy development of medical technology and the work of medical technology clinical application management.
