军队医院医疗质量建设问题探讨

摘　　要：本文通过分析军队医院医疗质量建设现况,指出当前存在发展规划定位不清晰、危机意识薄弱,规章制度执行不坚决、质量提升缓慢,质量评价体系不健全、激励作用较弱等问题,提出要明确发展理念、持续推动医院建设新发展,增强执行力度、不断提升医疗服务新高度,强化全程管理、逐步探索质量评价新举措等建议,不断提升军队医院医疗服务质量。The existing problems in the medical quality management were analyzed in the military hospi- tal, which include the development plan unclear, the sense of it lack, the implement of regulations undeter- mined, the assessment system incomplete, the incentives effect weak and other issues. To solve these problems, drastic measures should be taken, such as clarify the concept of development, promote the development of hospital continuously, enhance the implementing of the regulations, enforce the whole processing management, explore new quality assessment method and so on, thus we can promote the medical quality of military hospital continuously.
