摘　　要：目的了解和掌握卫生应急演练培训基地实施紧急医学救援培训的效果及影响因素。方法制定调查问卷,在某省级卫生应急队伍培训后进行培训效果及影响因素问卷调查,并进行数据分析。结果有54.5%的参训人员认为这次培训的整体效果"好"、34.5%的人认为"很好";有96.4%的参训人员认为这次培训不同程度地提高了自身紧急医疗救援专业能力;有3.6%的参训人员认为"突发事件常用法律法规及规范性文件"及"我国卫生应急管理体系构成和运行机制"的培训效果"差";在影响因素方面56.4%的参训人员认为"培训目标的明确性"对紧急医学救援培训的影响"很强";50.9%的参训人员认为"培训教师的水平"对紧急医学救援培训的影响"很强";52.7%的参训人员认为"培训环境和设施"对紧急医学救援培训的影响"很强"。结论整体培训的效果符合培训目标的要求,具体培训内容上效果不够理想,要注重训练的连续性、系统性和拓展性,避免重复培训。Objective To investigate the training effectiveness of health emergency training base. Methods Trainees in the base were investigated with questionnaire. Results 54.5%, 34.5% of the trainees thought the over- all training effect were ＂good＂ or ＂very good＂ respectively; 96.4% of them believed that the training had improved their emergency medical and rescue; 3.6% thought that training effects of ＂emergencies common laws and regulatory documents＂ and ＂national management system and operation mechanism＂ were poor; 56.4% agreed that the training objective was obvious; 50.9% thought that the teachers＇ level influenced the training effect greatly; 52.7% thought that the training environment and facilities was important for the training. Conclusion The goals of the training have been achieved for the majority of health emergency staff. The response is variable in the training. Some aspects should be improved as strengthening the continuity of the training and avoiding duplication of training.
