军队综合性医院开展志愿者工作的实践

摘　　要：实践证明,军队综合性医院引入专业医务社工,整合社会爱心力量,成立志愿者团队,开展各类志愿服务项目,探索新的和谐医患路径,在帮助患者解决现实困难、传递社会关爱与支持正能量取得很好的效果。本文通过对某军队综合性医院引入志愿者工作的意义阐述,对在医院开展志愿者工作提出具体措施和建议。The main measures of carrying out voluntary service in military comprehensive hospital were dis- cussed, including employed social workers, integrating social charity resource, establishing volunteer group, devel- oping series of voluntary service items, exploring new approach to the harmonious doctor- patient relationship. It was proved that these measures were of positive effects to help patients to settle their difficulties and problems as well as deliver social support to them. In this paper, the significance of introducing volunteer to military compre- hensive hospital was introduced, and some suggestions were provided to improve the voluntary service work effectiveness in the hospital.
