摘　　要：新《安全生产法》从加强预防、强化安全生产主体责任、加强隐患排查、完善监管、加大违法惩处力度等方面对原法进行了修改,凸显三大亮点:彰显"以人为本"的理念,对安全生产违法行为"亮红灯",改变监管方式"出硬招"。油气管道安全管理亦因此面临更高要求,结合当前实际,提出:健全油气管道安全管理法规标准体系,切实落实完整性管理及其审核机制,加强支撑技术研究和安全文化建设,进而提升安全监管和法规标准的执行力,保障油气管道安全运行。The newly issued ＂Work Safety Law＂ is the revision of the original law to strengthen prevention, clarify subject of liabilities for work safety, reinforce checking and controlling over potential safety hazards, enhance supervision and to step up penalties for violations. The new ＂Work Safety Law＂ highlighted following three aspects： emphasize the ＂peopleoriented＂ principle, ＂red light＂ for any violation to work safety rules and deploy ＂tough hand＂ for supervision. Accordingly, higher demands have been presented for oil/gas pipeline safety management. With consideration to present situations, following views have been highlighted： establish sophisticated standards, rules and regulations for oil/gas pipeline safety management, thoroughly implement integrity management and auditing mechanism, promote researches related to supporting technologies and construction of safety culture to enhance safety supervision and execution of relevant codes to ensure safe operation of oil/gas pipelines. （55 References）
