摘 要:对凤鲚(Coilia mystus)个体生殖力及其与生物学指标的关系进行了研究。结果表明,个体绝对生殖力(F)为3 146.2-33 237 egg,个体体长相对生殖力(FL)为27.7-185.7 egg·mm^-1,个体体重相对生殖力(FW)为366.5-1 614.2 egg·g^-1。F、FL与体长、体重、纯体重、卵巢重、成熟系数、年龄均呈幂函数正相关,与肥满度相关关系不显著。FW与表明性腺成熟程度的指标(卵巢重、成熟系数)呈极显著正相关,与其它形态指标均不相关。典型相关分析显示,F主要与卵巢重有关,FL主要与鱼体型有关。依据卵径频率分布推测,凤鲚属单峰一次性产卵鱼类。The tapertail anchovy,Coilia mystus,is distributed in sea areas of China,Korea,Japan and the coast of Indonesia. C. mystus is a major economic fish,with 48. 6% of the production in the Yangtze Estuary. The spawning season of C. mystus ranges from mid-May to early September. The spawning locations are mainly in the waters around Chong-ming,Changxing and Hengsha Islands in the Yangtze Estuary. The domestic research on C. mystus mainly focuses on biological characteristics,resource situation and catch dynamics,litte on the individual fecundity of C. mystus in the Yangtze Estuary. In this paper,we studied the individual fecundity of C. mystus in the Yangtze Estuary and its relationship with the biological character indexes to improve the protection and rational utilization of C. mystus in the Yangtze Estuary.Between April and August 2014, mature female C. mystus specimens were collected in waters of Qingcaosha( 31° 25' N,121° 43' E),Dongwangsha( 31° 36' N,121° 57' E) and Tuanjiesha( 31° 25' N,121°53'E) in the Yangtze Estuary. The body length( L),body weight( W),ovary weight( W1) and other biological indicator indexes of 124 female individuals with ovary maturation at stage IV were measured and their ages( A) were identified through sagittal otolith. The gonadosomatic index( GSI),condition factor( CF) and individual absolute fecundity( F) were obtained,relative fecundity of body length( FL) and relative fecundity of body weight( FW) were calculated. And the egg diameters were measured.Results showed that the specimens ranged from 1 to 3 years old. The body length( L) and body weight( W) ranged from 108 to 189 mm and 6. 19 to 32. 89 g separately,while net body weight( W0) varied from4. 9 to 24. 59 g. And the body length( L),net body weight( W0) and ovary weight( W1) increased with the age. However,in the same age group,the body length( L),net body weight( W0) and ovary weight( W1)were different,especially in age group
