摘　　要：战略协同作为有效实施农产品物流系统管理最为重要的一环,是农产品物流系统整体协同的基础。农产品物流系统战略协同主要包括目标协同、利益协同、文化协同等三个方面。其中,开放性是基于自组织的农产品物流系统战略协同演化的先决条件;非平衡性是战略协同演化的必要条件;非线性是战略协同演化的动因;随机涨落是战略协同演化的驱动力。在战略协同演化过程中,精神文化和制度文化体现了农产品物流系统所有子系统的竞争与合作关系,精神文化协同和制度文化协同是农产品物流系统战略协同的关键因素,主导着战略协同演化过程。在两个关键因素的作用下,农产品物流系统将演化成有序度较高的系统即自组织系统。同时,两个关键因素通过影响其他状态变量并与之相互作用,控制整个农产品物流系统战略协同演化进程。Strategic coordination is the most important link in implementing the effective management of agricultural products logistics;it is the basis of the integrated coordination of agricultural logistic system. The main contents of agricultural logistics system strategic coordination are target coordination,interests coordination and culture coordination. Among these, openness is the precondition for the strategic co-evolution of the agricultural products logistics system based on the self-organization;imbalance is the necessary condition for the strategic co-evolution;nonlinearity is the motivation for the strategic co-evolution;and random ups and downs is the driving force for the strategic co-evolution. During the process of strategic co-evolution,spiritual and institutional culture demonstrates the competitive and collaborative relation among all the subsystem of agricultural products logistics system;coordination in spiritual and institutional culture is the critical factor in the strategic co-evolution of the agricultural products logistics system and leads the evolution process. With the help of coordination in spiritual and institutional culture,agricultural products logistics system will be evolved to a highly ordered self-organization. At the same time,through having impact on other variables and interacting with them,coordination in spiritual and institutional culture will control the whole process of the strategic co-evolution of the agricultural products logistics system.
