护理电子病历质量安全监控系统的设计和运用分析

摘　　要：探讨护理电子病历质量安全监控系统的设计及运用效果。随机选取我院于2013年12月-2014年11月收治850例住院患者作为观察组,均实施护理电子病历质量安全监控系统管理。另随机选取我院于2012年12月-2013年11月收治820例住院患者作为对照组,未实施护理电子病历质量安全监控系统管理。观察组的护理文书质量合格率为98.59%,显著高于对照组88.78%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的护理不良事件发生率为3.77%,显著低于对照组的16.46%,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在护理工作中设计与运用电子病历质量安全监控系统,能有效提高护理文书质量合格率,且有利于减少护理不良事件的发生,值得推广。To investigate the quality of care EHR safety monitoring system design and application of results. Methods： our hospital in December 2013-November 2014 850 cases of hospitalized patients admitted as the observation group, were implemented to monitor the quality and safety of care electronic medical record system management. Another randomly selected hospital in December 2012-November 2013 treated 820 cases of hospitalized patients as a control group, did not care EHR implementation of quality and safety monitoring system management. Results： The study group＇s quality of care instruments 98.59% pass rate, significantly higher than g838%, there was statistically significant （P〈O.05）; observation group care adverse events was 3.77%, significantly lower than the control group 16.46%, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The design and use of electronic medical records of quality and safety monitoring system in nursing work, can effectively improve the quality of care instrument qualification rate, and help reduce the occurrence of adverse events in nursing, is worth promoting.
