摘  要:钢管混凝土的设计应满足自密实填充要求的同时,具有合适的膨胀性能。试验在保证C60混凝土工作性能的基础上,研究了膨胀剂掺量对混凝土工作性能、强度和膨胀性能的影响,配制出C60自密实膨胀钢管混凝土。当膨胀剂掺量为10%时,混凝土自由膨胀率范围在0.07%-0.09%,限制膨胀率范围为0.02%-0.035%,同时由混凝土工作性和强度变化规律,得出膨胀剂掺量不宜超过10%,并通过混凝土膨胀性能的分析研究单向限制膨胀率与自由膨胀率的相关性规律,两者具有较好的相关性,但膨胀剂掺量会影响这二个膨胀指标的相关性规律。Concrete design of steel tube filled concrete should not only meet the requirements of self-compacting, but also need the suitable expansion properties. On the basis of working performance requirement, the impacts of expansive a- gent on concrete working performance, strength and expansion properties are studied, the C60 steel tube filled concrete is prepareed to meet the self-compacting and expansion properties. When the dosage of expansive agent is 10%, concrete free expansion ratio reached 0.07%-0.09%, and restrained expansion ratio reached 0.02%-0.035%. Meanwhile, in consid- eration of working performance and strength of concrete, the expansive agent should not be too much. The research also found that restrained expansion ratio and free expansion ratio of expansive concrete have good correlation, but the correlation rule is affected by the expansive agent content.
