摘  要:针对苹果修剪后伤口易感染病菌、造成腐烂等问题展开研究,探索出一种使伤口快速愈合、防治腐烂的药剂。以15年生的‘金帅’为研究对象,配制由不同浓度纯松烟墨液、NAA和6-BA组成的药剂,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,对苹果树体的机械损伤进行修复试验。分析了伤口大小、着生位置及不同药剂处理对愈伤组织形成的影响规律,结果表明,促进愈伤组织快速形成的最优处理为松烟墨原液、300 mg/L NAA和50 mg/L 6-BA。在药剂的3个组成成分中,NAA是影响愈伤组织快速形成的最主要因素,6-BA、松烟墨汁的影响次之。The wounds of apples are susceptible to germs and they are easy to decay after pruning. In order to study the problems mentioned above, the 15-years-old ' Jinshuai' apple was selected as the material to screen a reagent for rapidly healing the wounds and controling decay effectively. Based on the orthogonal experimental design, restoring experiments were performed to heal apple trees' mechanical damage by using the reagents composed of pure pine soot ink, NAA and 6-BA in different concentrations. The results showed that the optimal treatment was pure pine soot ink, 300 mg/L NAA and 50 mg/L 6-BA after analyzing the influence of different size of the wound, insertion position and reagent treatments to the formation of callus. Among the three chemical components, NAA was the most significant factor affecting the formation of callus. The 6-BA and pine soot ink were the second and third factors.
