摘 要:采用N-(2,4,6-三溴苯基)马来酰亚胺(TBPMI)作为反应性阻燃剂与甲基丙烯酸、丙烯腈共聚,通过调节反应性阻燃剂的用量成功制备了不同的改性聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)泡沫。研究结果表明,经TBPMI改性的PMI泡沫的T_g均在212℃左右,经过200℃处理2h后,可进一步提高泡沫的T_g。改性后泡沫的热稳定性明显提高,10%热失重温度为485℃,高于未改性PMI泡沫28℃。改性泡沫的压缩强度为0.6~1.3 MPa。随TBPMI含量的增加,改性泡沫的阻燃性能明显提高,极限氧指数(LOI)值从26.0逐渐升高至28.0,火焰垂直燃烧熄灭时间按则从13.1s下降至3.8 s。A series of modified polymethacrylimide (PMI) foams were successfully prepared via compolymerization of methacrylic acid, acrylonitrile and reactive flame retardants N-(2,4,6-tribromophenyl) maleimide (TBPMI) by added different weight ratio of TBPMI, respectively. And the modified PMI foams were widely researched. The results showed that Tgs of modified foams were all about 212 ℃ and Tss could be further elevated by treated at 200 ℃ for 2 hours. The thermostability of foams was obviously improved as thermogravimetic analysis shows that 10% weight loss temperatures of TBPMI modified foams were around 485.8℃ ,about 28℃higher than the corresponding neat PMI foam. The compressive strength of TBPMI modified foams ranged from 0.6 to 1.3 MPa which were close to neat PMI foam. The limited oxygen index (LOI) were elevated from 26.0 to 28.0, meanwhile the extinguish times in the vertical flame burning test were reduced from 13.1 s to 3.8 s with the content of TBPMI increasing in the modified PMI foams.
