摘 要:针对有机朗肯循环(Organic Rankine Cycle,ORC)在水泥工业低温余热回收中的应用,根据工质的临界温度筛选准则,选取了hexane、isohexane、R601和R123作为循环运行工质。分别对用这4种工质的循环热效率、输出净功和换热面积进行了计算分析,进而分析了循环的回收期和生命周期环境影响。对于日产4 000 t的水泥生产线,ORC每年发电1 151-1 215万k W·h,可节约3 453-3 646 t标准煤,可减排约1.31-1.39万t CO2,投资回收期为1.18-1.71年,ORC可减少环境负荷2.94%-3.11%,温室排放潜能1.55%-1.64%。结果表明,采用hexane作为工质的有机朗肯循环具有较好的经济性,而采用R601作为工质的有机朗肯循环则具有较好的环境性,有机朗肯循环有较好的经济性和环境友好性。This paper investigated the application of organic Rankine cycle (ORC) to the recovery of the waste heat from the cement production line. Based on the critical temperature criterion, the organic fluids of hexane, isohexane, R601 and R123 were selected for ORC. The ORC thermal efficiency, net power output and heat exchanger area were calculated, and the payback period (PBP) and environment impact (EI) evaluated. For the 4 000 t/d cement production line, ORC generates 11.5 - 12.2 million kWh electricity per year, equivalent to save 3 453 -3 646 tons of standard coal and reduce 13.1 - 13.9 thousand tons of CO2 emission. The PBP is from 1.18 to 1.71 years. The ORC can reduce the ratios of environment impact load (EIL) by 2.94 - 3.11% , global warming potential (GWP) by 1.55 - 1.64 %. The results show that the ORC with hexane as the working fluid has the best economic performance and the ORC with R601 as the working fluid is the most environment friendly. The ORC is more economically feasible and environment friendly.
