摘  要:为解决垂直整合下风电产业链利益分配不均问题,建立了以Shapley值法为基础综合考虑风险和技术创新因素的利益分配模型。通过算例分析,该模型的计算结果能够较好地反映企业所承担的风险和技术研发贡献。结果进一步表明,Shapley值法有助于风电产业链垂直整合体利润公平合理分配;综合考虑风险和技术创新因素的利益分配体系有利于激励风电企业提高风险意识、加快产业技术创新,具有一定的实用价值。The study aims at solving the issue of profit distribution under the context of vertical integration of China' s wind power industrial chain. It dissects the status quo of vertical integration in the wind power industrial chain both at home and abroad, and figures out that profit sharing is one of the key factors impacting the stability of that integration. The approach of Shapley value was employed with the modification of considering risk and technological innovation, and the effectiveness of this modified model was verified by the sample application. The results show that the profit sharing model realizes the equitable distribution of profits among the stakeholders in the wind power industrial chain, and is effective to encourage the wind power enterprises to improve the awareness of risk and strengthen the ability of technological innovation.
