摘 要:放射性废物处置尤其是高放废物处置问题不仅是制约核电绿色、可持续发展的主要因素,同时也会大大影响人类健康和环境。而处置方案中可逆转性和可回取性(R&R)概念更是直接影响到处置策略的制定。在参考大量文献的基础上,着重阐述并总结了美国、法国、瑞典、芬兰和中国等国家在高放废物地质处置方面的经验技术如选址、技术标准及R&R策略进展。最后对我国在处理高放废物方面借鉴的国外经验和在此方面存在的不足之处进行了总结。Disposal of radioactive waste in particular high-level radioactive waste disposal problem, not only is the main factor that limiting nuclear of green, sustainable development, but also affecting human health and the environment. However disposal of reversibility and retrievability (R&R) concept mostly affect on the policies of disposition. On the basis of large number of reference literature, this paper emphatically elaborated and summarized the United States, France, Sweden, Finland, China and other countries' experience and technology of high-level radioactive waste geological disposal, for example, sites selection and technical Standards and R&R. Providing experience. In the end, the lessons can be drew from foreign experience and deficiencies of China's high-level radioactive waste disposal project were summarized.
