中原地区公共建筑节能问题及对策研究——以开封市为例

摘　　要：通过对开封市公共建筑近年来的能耗情况进行统计分析得出,公共建筑普遍存在能耗高、增长快、浪费极大、节能改造效果不明显等现象。对开封市公共建筑节能面临的困境进行简要分析,并从政策与技术层面对开封市公共建筑节能改造进行可行性研究。The Kaifeng city public building energy consumption situation in recent years are analyzed, the conclusion show that public buildings have the disadvantages of high energy consumption, fast growth, great waste and not obvious effect of energy saving reconstruction. The predicament of public building energy saving in Kaifeng city is brief analyzed, and the feasibility study from the policy and technical aspects to Kaifeng city public building energy saving reconstruction are carried on.
