摘  要:铁路密布横梁体系整体钢桥面由于没有纵梁,其受力行为与一般纵横梁体系正交异性板结构存在差异。本文结合厦深铁路榕江特大桥主桥,对铁路密布横梁体系正交异性整体钢桥面进行静载试验和有限元分析。得出结论如下:第一体系轴力主要由下弦杆承担,越靠近模型中部下弦杆承担比例越小;第二、第三体系中,横梁(肋)与面板组成的截面沿横向越靠近中部其承受的弯矩越大,横梁(肋)承受的弯矩增长更快,且承担比例先增大后减小,在荷载作用点处达到最大,面板反之,在荷载作用点分担弯矩比例最小。将有限元模型计算结果与试验实测结果对比分析,两者吻合较好,印证了理论计算的正确性和实测结果的可靠性。As there is no longitudinal beam in the orthotropic monolithic steel deck with dense transverse beams , the transfer mechanism of this deck system is different from the one with the longitudinal and transverse beams .Combined with the case of RongJiang super large bridge on the Xiamen‐Shenzhen railway , this paper presented a static load model test and the FEM analysis on the orthotropic monolithic steel deck with dense transverse beams .Some conclusions are as follows :In the first system , the axial force was mainly borne by the bottom chord bar . The closer the force was to the center of the model , the smaller percentage of the force was applied on the bottom chord bar . In the second and third systems , the laterally closer the section com‐posed with the transverse beams(ribs) and deck plate was to the center of the model , the greater the bending moment borne by the section . The bending moment borne by transverse beams increased faster than the ben‐ding moment borne by the deck plate . The bending moment percentage borne by transverse beams increased first , until reaching the maximum at the loading point and then decreased . In contrast , the deck plate had the lowest bending moment percentage at the loading point .A comparative analysis ,conducted between the calcu‐lation results of the FEM model and the testing data ,showed that the results were consistent ,proving the re‐liability of the testing data and the validity of numerical simulation .
