摘 要:目的探讨健康教育联合正念行为干预对糖尿病合并肺结核患者的影响。方法选取2012年10月至2013年10月唐山市第四医院收治的糖尿病合并肺结核患者95例,随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受健康教育,观察组在此基础上接受正念行为干预。2个月后分别评价两组整体的治疗效果,分析两组患者心理状态及血清T细胞亚群数目。结果干预前,两组患者一般资料、心理状态情况及T细胞CD+3、CD+4、CD+8数目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组结核病灶控制总有效率84.4%,血糖控制达标率93.6%,显著高于对照组(70.3%和78.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SDS和SAS评分低于对照组,T细胞CD+3、CD+4数目高于对照组、CD+8数目低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合正念行为干预有助于糖尿病合并肺结核患者心理状态和免疫功能的改善,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of health education combined with mindfulness behavior in-tervention for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus. Methods 95 cases were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and experiment group. The control group received health education, while the ex-periment group received health education combined with mindfulness behavior intervention. The overall effect, psy-chological state and the number of CD3^+, CD4^+ and CD8^+ in T cells were evaluated 2 months after the intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in general state, psychological state and the cell number of CD3^+, CD4^+ and CD8^+. After the intervention, the total efficiency of tuberculosis control and the compli-ance rate of blood sugar control were respectively 84. 4% and 93. 6% in the experiment group, which were significant higher than those in the control group (70. 3% and 78. 8%). The SDS and SAS scores were significant lower in thenbsp;experiment group than in the control group (P〈0. 05). The cell number of CD3^+ and CD4^+ was significant higher in the experiment group than in the control group, while the number of CD8^+ was lower in the experiment group than in control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The health education combined with mindfulness behavior intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, and has the pos-itive promotion on mood states and immunological function.
