摘　　要：从问题确定开始,使用Auto Form软件、蓝油研合试验、强压等方法寻找汽车翼子板凹坑问题的真正原因,再进行真因验证,最终确定整改模具的方法,整改完成后翼子板凹坑问题得到解决。This paper mainly from the problem of determining the start, using the AutoForm software, blue oil research test, pressure and other methods to find true because, then really for verification of the determining method of rectification of the die, the rectification is completed wing pit cancel.
