摘　　要：介绍了一种半空心铝合金挤压型材的生产研制过程。通过对模具设计、挤压工艺的研究,摸索半空心挤压型材生产的成形要素,最后确定合理的生产工艺,以满足标准和用户使用需求。In this paper, a half hollow aluminium alloy extruding profiles of the production process. Based on the research of the die design, extruding process, grope for half a hollow extruded shape forming elements of production, finally to determine the reasonable production process, in order to meet the standards and user requirements.
