摘 要:皖江城市带文化创意产生发展中存在资源碎片化、战略近视化、发展手段单一化、体制教条化、竞争手段同质化等障碍因素,其进一步发展受阻。应利用集聚理论来指导提升该区域的文化创意产业,从顶层设计、配套政策、信息联动、智库资源等方面强化该区域文化创意产业空间集聚的内涵。In the origin and development of the cultural and creative concept in the Wanjiang City Belt there exist many obstacle factors such as the fragmentation in resource, nearsightedness in strategy, singularity in developmental method, dogmatization in management system, and homogenization in competitive means. And the further development is hereby frustrated. It is concluded that it is necessary to make use of the agglomeration theory to guide and enhance the cultural and creative industries in this region, and enrich the connotation of the space concentration in such aspects as the top--level de- sign, supporting policies, information exchange and intelligence resource.
