摘　　要：目的探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜治疗巨输尿管症患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2014年1-8月,解放军总医院泌尿外科收治的机器人辅助腹腔镜治疗巨输尿管症患者10例的临床资料。结果 10例患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹;手术时间平均为(153.5±3.56)min,术后住院时间平均为(6.5±0.76)d,无继发漏尿、出血等术后并发症发生。结论机器人辅助腹腔镜治疗巨输尿管症安全可行,而手术室护士的精心护理和熟练操作是确保手术成功的关键。Objective To disucss the nursing method of robot-assisted laparascopic surgery in the treat-ment of congenital megaureter,to increase the nursing quality.Methods Clinical data of 10 patients under-went robot-assisted laparascopic in the treatment of congenital megaureter were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 10 cases were successfully performed without conversion to open operation.The mean operation time was（153.5±3.56）min,the postoperative hospitalization time was（6.5±0.76）d,there was no obvious complication such as urine leakage and secondary bleeding.Conclusion Robot-assisted laparas-copic reconstructive surgery in congenital megaureter treatment is a safe and effective approach,and the thoughtful care and proficiency are the keys to ensure the success operation.
