摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期妊娠瘢痕子宫患者引产出现忽略性横位的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2013年我科收治的1例中晚期妊娠瘢痕子宫患者引产出现忽略性横位的护理方法。结果通过积极有效的治疗和护理,患者未发生严重并发症,引产过程顺利,预后良好。结论妊娠瘢痕子宫的患者在实施中晚期引产出现忽略性横位时,风险大、并发症多,应密切观察患者病情变化,采取有效的治疗措施,制定以"患者为中心"的个性化护理,是预防并发症发生和救治成功的关键。Objective To discuss the nursing countermeasures of neglected shoulder presentation in middle or late-term induced abortion for patients with scarred uterus.Methods Clinical date of 1 case of neglected shoulder presentation in middle or late-term induced abortion for patients with scarred uterus in the hospi-tal in 2013 was analyzed retrospectively.Results Through effective treatment and nursing,patient has no adverse complication with smooth delivery and favorable prognosis.Conclusion High risk and more com-plications were observed of neglected shoulder presentation during middle or late-terminduced abortion for patients with scarred uterus.The close observation and taking effective treatment,developing patient-centered per-sonalized care are the keys to the successful rescue and prevention of complications.
