垄断厂商的价格歧视策略探究

摘　　要：应用西方经济学中垄断的相关概念和原理，分析了垄断市场的特征和形成垄断的原因，论述了价格歧视在垄断厂商中的具体应用。通过对形成垄断原因的分析，引出垄断厂商实行价格歧视的前提条件；通过电信运营企业号码拍卖的案例分析了一级价格歧视策略；通过我国固定电话的资费标准分析了二级价格歧视策略。结合生活中常见的价格歧视的案例，对价格歧视给垄断厂商如何带来经济利益进行了分析，从而阐释了垄断厂商可以控制和操纵市场价格，最终得出了三个有关价格歧视的结论。Since China＇s reform and opening up, with the constant development of economy, people＇s living standards has a qualitative leap, quality of life also has the very big promotion. With the development of the global- ization of world economy, the number of people in business and travel are increasing, the plane has become one of main means for many business people, the airline is considered＂ the king of price discrimination＂, the main reason is the flight seat back will never be able to sell, and airlines have strong motivation to implement price discrimina- tion as sold more seats. Meanwhile, railways, telecommunications, oil and other industries are appeared different degree of monopoly phenomenon. This paper analyzes the features and reasons of monopoly market by the related concepts and principles of monopoly of western economics, and discusses the price discrimination in monopoly man- ufacturer in the specific application. After analysis of monopoly reasons, the precondition of price discrimination by monopoly firms is introduced, and the first price discrimination strategy is discussed through the telecom operators number auction case, the secondary price discrimination strategy is analyzed through the China fixed telephone charges. In addition, combining with the common price discrimination ease in life, how to bring economic benefits by the price discrimination to monopoly firms is also presented, and the market control and manipulate the price by the monopoly manufacturer is concluded with three relevant price discrimination.
