摘  要:目前桥梁动态挠度测试技术缺乏比较科学、便捷的手段,鉴于此,开展动态挠度图像识别测试技术相关研究。研究表明,利用相机采集目标部位不同时间的图像,然后将图像经计算机处理分析即可得到挠度变化数据。具体操作为在桥梁结构待测挠度点预先布置好LED灯,采用工业相机在固定参考点采集目标变化图像,通过形心搜索算法来识别LED灯的位置变化,通过计算程序的运行可以自动控制相机测量并自动分析处理数据,实时得到桥梁动态挠度的变化。武汉军山长江大桥为主跨460m双塔钢箱梁斜拉桥,在该桥主跨跨中布置LED灯,应用图像识别测试技术测试其动态挠度,测试结果与该桥已有的健康监测系统测试结果比较一致,验证了动态挠度图像识别测试技术的准确性和可靠性。The current bridge dynamic deflection testing technique has long been criticized for lacking relatively scientific and convenient testing means. Owing to this reason, a study related to the dynamic deflection testing technique based on image processing has been conducted. The re- sults of the study indicate that it is possible to obtain the deflection variation data by using the computer to process and analyze the images taken by cameras at different times. The specific oper- ation is as follows. Firstly, LED lights are installed in the deflection testing points on the bridge structure, then, industrial cameras are used to pick up the images of the targets at the fixed refer- ential points. The centroid searching algorithm is used to identify the variation of the locations of the LED lights. The measurement of the cameras can be automatically controlled as the calculating program progresses and the data can also be automatically analyzed and processed, as a result, the real-time variation of the dynamic deflection of the bridge is obtained. For the Junshan Changjiang River Bridge in Wuhan, a two-pylon steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 460 m, the LED lights were installed on the midspan of the main span. The testing technique based on image processing was used to test the dynamic deflection of the bridge. The testing results were in favorable agreement with the testing results obtained by the existing health monitoring system, which verified the accuracy and reliability of the dynamic deflection identification and testing tech- nique that is based on image processing.
