摘  要:目的了解某军区部队医院放射工作人员职业外照射个人剂量水平及其动态变化情况,查找薄弱环节,提高防护水平。方法采用热释光监测某军区部队医院放射工作人员2010~2014年的职业外照射个人剂量并对结果进行统计分析。结果 2010~2014年纳入个人剂量监测的部队医院放射工作人员共4 983人次,人均照射剂量为0.57mSv/a,年照射剂量当量小于5mSv/a者占98.01%;人均年剂量呈下降趋势,介入放射学工作人员职业外照射个人剂量最高,人均为2.96mSv/a,X射线诊断工作人员职业外照射剂量最低,人均为0.32mSv/a。结论某军区部队医院大部分放射工作人员的个人剂量水平较低且逐渐下降,放射工作场所基本能满足国家职业接触限值的要求。Objective To understand the level and distribution of external exposure dose of radiation workers in military hospitals of a military region,find the weak links,so as to improve the level of protection. Methods Individual doses of those radiation workers during 2010-2014 were measured by thermoluminescence method, and the results were counted and analyzed. Results During 2010-2014,a total of 4 983 radiation workers were included into personal dose monitoring in the army hospitals, the effective per capita dose was 0.57 mSv/a, and less than 5 mSv/a accounted for 98.01%. The an nual dose over the time per capita declined. The dose of interventional radiology workers was the highest and reached 2.96 mSv/a per capita,and the dose of radiological diagnosis workers was the least and reached 0.32 mSv/a per capita. Con- clusion The level of individual dose is low for most radiation workers in military hospitals of a military region,and de creasing year by year, radiation protection conditions are gradually improved, the workplace radiation can meet the basic re quirements of the national occupational exposure limits.
