FDI技术溢出效应对海西经济区经济增长影响研究

摘　　要：本研究以伯伦斯坦拓展模型为基础,选取2005-2013年度海西经济区20个城市的统计数据,运用面板数据回归模型,从人力资本、对外开放度、国内资本等角度分析海西经济区外国直接投资的技术溢出效应和技术溢出渠道。研究表明,外国直接投资对海西经济区的技术溢出效应不明显,但在人力资本作为技术溢出的主要路径机制作用下,国内资本、外国直接投资对海西经济区经济增长均能产生技术溢出效应,且国内资本技术溢出效应要好于外国直接投资的技术溢出效应。因此,要提高海西经济区经济增长不能单靠招商引资,同时还要加大自身人力资本投资、国内固定资产投资、提高对外开放度,进而提升区域外资吸收能力和扩大溢出效应。This study selects the statistical data of 2005 -2013 annum Haixi Economic Zone 20 cities, using Stein expand model and panel data regression model in terms of human capital, the opening of the domestic capital and other foreign perspective of Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone technology spillovers and technology FDI spillover channels. Research shows that foreign direct investment in technology spillovers Haixi Economic Zone is not obvious,but in the main role of human capital as a technology spillover path mechanism, domestic capital,for- eign direct investment in the Western Taiwan Stpraits Economic Zone economic growth can produce technology spill- over effect, and higher domestic capital technology spillover effect of technology spillover effect of FDL Therefore, to improve the HaixiEconomic Zone economic growth can not rely solely on investment, but also to increase their in- vestment in human capital, domestic fixed asset investment and construction, and thus enhance the absorptive capac- ity and expand the area of foreign spillovers.
